- Legal expenses
- Loss of revenue
- Merchant account penalties
- Any direct or indirect damages related to the dispute
The client agrees to reimburse 3 Broz LTD for all costs incurred as a result of an unauthorized chargeback. If these costs are not paid voluntarily, the Company may pursue recovery through legal action, collections, or any other lawful method. Filing a chargeback without prior communication is considered a breach of contract and intentional harm.
5. Refund PolicyUnless stated otherwise in writing, all sales are final and nonrefundable. Certain exceptions may be reviewed at the sole discretion of 3 Broz LTD.
